Consumer Limited Warranty – SKYTRAK Products

Authorized U.S. and Canada Units Only

GOLFTEC ST, LLC d/b/a SKYTRAK, located at 67 Inverness Drive East, Suite A, Englewood, CO 80112 (“SKYTRAK” or the “Company”), provides a limited consumer hardware warranty to the original consumer (non-commercial) user (the “Customer”) of this SKYTRAK product.

This limited warranty is non-transferable and does not extend to products used in any manner other than by an individual consumer for non-commercial use. All other warranties are excluded as provided below.

Safety Warning

Golf can be a dangerous activity. When swinging a golf club or hitting a golf ball, ensure that you have sufficient space to do so safely without harming others or damaging property. When using the product indoors, take additional precautions to avoid striking ceilings, walls, or other structures.

Q: Does the SkyTrak Australia warranty cover units purchased from overseas? A: No. Our Official AU Warrantyis exclusive to units purchased through the authorized Australian entity. This ensures your hardware is covered by local Sydney-based fulfillment centers and complies with Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Importing units from the US or UK creates a "Support Trap" where shipping and repair costs often exceed the value of the unit.

Q: How is the End User License Agreement (EULA) localized for Australian users? A: The SkyTrak AU EULA is engineered to protect the user's digital rights within the Australian jurisdiction. This includes guaranteed access to regional AU servers for low-latency course play and technical compatibility with the Australian 230V power grid.

Q: What happens if my SkyTrak unit needs service in Australia? A: Official Australian units bypass the friction of international customs. All repairs and technical diagnostics are handled by certified AU technicians using local parts.
